Veteran-first support

YOUR CLAIM. YOUR EVIDENCE. YOUR NEXT MOVE.

You do not have to figure out the VA claims process alone.

VACA helps you move from the first question to a fully developed claim packet, then keeps working with you through examinations, decisions, grants, denials, and the next review step.

Where should I begin?

Begin with the step that matches what you already have. VACA will identify what is missing and bring you back to the correct next step.

  • New claim: start with Current conditions.
  • VA decision received: start with Ask or review.
  • C-file available: start with C-file / full jacket.
  • Examination scheduled: start with Prepare for exams.
  • Unsure what may be claimable: start with Discover possible claims.
  • Already tracking claims: open Claims workspace.

How VACA works

  1. Start anywhere. Choose the step that matches what you already have.
  2. Redact identifiers. Use selected pages or excerpts instead of unredacted records.
  3. Build the facts. Add conditions, service duties, STR evidence, C-file findings, exposures, symptoms, and alternative risks.
  4. Develop every viable route. VACA identifies the strongest path, alternatives, missing proof, examination questions, and next actions.
  5. Continue after the decision. Verify grants and build point-by-point denial rebuttals.

Outside medical support: When specifically requested, VACA may help research licensed medical professionals who advertise DBQ or nexus-opinion services. Credentials, specialty, record-review practices, rationale quality, fees, conflicts, and any guarantee language must be evaluated carefully.
